Matt Nichols, whose father Larry Nichols started the business over four decades ago, owns and operates L.E. Nichols & Son LLC from Harrington, Maine. Larry's founding principle was simple: do the work right, treat the customer honestly, and build something you're proud to put your name on.

Matt has continued that tradition without compromise. He is on site during every project, leading an experienced crew and ensuring the quality of work that has defined this company since its founding. For Matt, this isn't a franchise or a management role — he's the one holding the tools.

L.E. Nichols & Son LLC builds custom homes, additions, renovations, and performs general construction throughout Harrington, ME and the surrounding Down East Maine communities. Custom woodworking is where the business began, and it remains at the heart of what we do — hand-selected hardwoods, traditional joinery, and built-ins that become part of the architecture.
